La Belle Grange is available for rent during the most exquisite 24 weeks of the French summer season… a time of year marked by sunny skies, open-air markets and city-centre festivals.
For the price of accommodation, your family will enjoy private use of the entire 4,000 sq ft holiday home, as well as the picturesque 170 acre property upon which it stands. Price is inclusive of linens, gas, water and electricity.
Our signature Taste of the Region picnic basket (hamper) filled with wine, baguette, cheese and chocolate will be presented to you upon your arrival, with our compliments.
The 2011 weekly rates (7 nights) for La Belle Grange are:

Extra services are available and charges will be confirmed upon arrangement. These include:

Please note that 25% of the rental cost is due within one week of reservation confirmation, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. For bookings made less than 8 weeks before arrival, the full balance is payable upon booking.
A 700 euro security deposit is required against breakages and damage and due with the rental balance. This deposit will be returned to you in euros, less any appropriate deductions, within 45 days after your stay.
