Contract/Invoice
Upon receipt of your reservation confirmation and initial deposit, we will send you a Rental Confirmation Statement, which must be returned. This document will confirm the dates and terms of your rental, indicate the total cost of the accommodation less the initial deposit, and state the balance and balance due date.
Payment & Booking
Payment in full must be received 8 weeks prior to your arrival at the property. If not received by this time, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. If the booking is made less than 8 weeks before your arrival, payment in full is required.
Discounted Rates
Rent La Belle Grange for two weeks and enjoy a 5% discount off the total rental cost. Rent for three or more weeks to enjoy a 10% discount off the total rental cost.
Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancellation occurs at least 13 weeks prior to arrival. Forfeiture of 50% of deposit if cancellation is less than 13 weeks but more than 8 weeks prior to arrival. No refund if cancellation is less than 8 weeks prior to arrival; we suggest Travel Insurance to protect your investment.
Welcome & Booking Package
After receiving the balance of your rental fee, we will e-mail you a Welcome Packet including directions for reaching the property and general information about the house and the region. We are always happy to help you with any additional information you may desire about the area.
Pets
Pets require prior approval and may necessitate an additional security deposit.
Smoking
Smoking is limited to the outside areas only.

Owners
The owners of La Belle Grange may be in residence at the Maison (separate farmhouse structure on the property) during your stay, but you can be assured of your privacy.
